This is an 8 week template of arm wrestling specific training designed with a progressive overload. This program is a 4 day split and can be repeated as long as the athlete continues to makes gains. This template can be used by beginners to pros and everything in between. Everything in this program can be found at almost every commercial style gym with only a karate belt or similar sized strap.
